Frequently asked questions
Practical answers before you book.
General patient information
These answers are general. Individual suitability, preparation and recovery need a consultation.
What happens at the first consultation?
The concern, medical history, goals and expectations are discussed before a treatment is recommended. Examination, photographs or measurements may be used when clinically relevant. The purpose is to decide what is suitable and what should not be done.
How do I choose between surgery and a non-surgical treatment?
Compare the degree of change, durability, recovery, risks, cost and limitations. A non-surgical option may have less downtime but may also produce a smaller or temporary change.
What is the consultation fee?
The consultation fee supplied by the practice is PKR 3,000. Procedure pricing is discussed after assessment because complexity and facility requirements vary.
What payment methods are accepted?
The practice information supplied for publication lists cash and bank transfer.
Are same-day or urgent consultations available?
They may be available subject to the clinic schedule. Call or WhatsApp to ask about current availability.
Can I see before-and-after photographs?
Approved patient examples can help explain the range of outcomes and limitations, but they cannot predict an individual result. Anatomy and healing differ.
Are cosmetic results guaranteed?
No. Ethical medical information should not guarantee a cosmetic result. Healing, anatomy, skin and tissue quality, health and treatment scope all affect outcomes.
How long does recovery take?
Recovery varies widely by treatment. Each service guide gives a general overview, but the personal recovery plan should be confirmed after consultation.
Can I travel from another city for treatment?
Yes, but do not assume you can travel home immediately. Confirm investigations, support, accommodation, follow-up and the safe travel window before buying inflexible tickets.
Where does Dr. Saima consult?
The practice has supplied two Lahore consultation locations: Cosmetic Surgical Institute & Clinic at 158-A Shah Jamal Rd, Fazlia Colony, and Pink Perfect Clinic at 439 Commercial Block J, EME Sector, DHA Phase 12.
Can I send private medical photographs through the website?
A general website form is not the best place for sensitive clinical information. Contact the clinic first and ask which secure channel should be used.
What should I ask before agreeing to a procedure?
Ask what it can and cannot change, the main risks, alternatives, recovery, scars or downtime, how complications are handled, what follow-up is included and whether doing nothing is reasonable.
